Small Potatoes

Small Potatoes
Main Stage at noon

For about 25 years, the Chicago-area duo of Jacquie Manning and Rich Prezioso, aka Small Potatoes, has traveled over a million and a half miles to perform at coffeehouses, clubs, house concerts, and major festivals including Kerrville Folk Festival, the Walnut Valley Festival, and the Philadelphia Folk Festival. From the start, they have called themselves eclecto-maniacs and described their music as “Celtic to Cowboy.” Their repertoire ranges from country to blues, swing to Irish; they’re singers and multi-instrumentalists and their performances include their own songs, such as “1000 Candles, 1000 Cranes,” as well as their favorite songs by other songwriters. Whether headlining an event or sharing the stage with folks such as Tom Paxton, Cheryl Wheeler, and Utah Phillips, they offer a wonderful mix of humor, energy, and warmth.
